Out project – Soroti Agricultural Productivity & Livelihoods Support Project – seeks to strengthen Teso’s climate change adaptive capacity, in building community resilience to the recurrent agricultural production risks. Our strategy seeks to promote Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA), which is an integrated approach to managing landscapes—cropland, livestock, forests and a fishery, that addresses the interlinked challenges of food security and accelerating climate change.
Please support TEYAPI4Peace by providing Euro 565.53 (USD 596) to procure farm tools, seeds & seedlings and pay for skills training on climate smart agriculture to support one farmer in a farmer group of 30 women/youth members to enhance their access to food, safeguard their environment and produce food for two seasons. This will provide Euro 16,965.80 (USD 17,880) for each farmer group of 30 members supported annually.
